Google I have never looked after my eyebrows so I’m always unsure what to book. Thanks to lesley, my big overdrawn caterpillars are no more. I’ve always struggled with bald patches and with Lesley’s advice I’ve never been happier. Thank you so much again xx

Google I could recommend this salon enough. Lesley is so lovely and professional. I got BIAB done on my nails and they came out identical to the picture I shown Lesley. Absolutely beautiful so happy with them. 10/10 experience.
Owner Response:
Thank you so much Naoise, I’m so glad you are happy with them ❤️

Google Went to this beauty salon in July as I wanted my eyebrows done for starting my new job. I gave the girl a very clear outline/brief of what I wanted. However she failed to deliver a massive chunk was missing from my brow and I looked a mess. Not enough had been taken off and no difference from when I walked in to when I walked out.
I was distraught on arrival at home and phoned the salon. I was asked to come back in however client trust was lost. Went to other salon who saved the day.
There was a reason I stopped waxing and went for another method and this salon reminded me why.
Owner Response:
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, all feedback is extremely important to us. We are sorry that your visit to the salon was not positive. We always endeavour to create the best client experience, as you can see from our other reviews.
After you contacted the salon, we asked you to return so we could see your brows, understand what the issue was (as described on your review - whether too much was taken or no different to when you walked in) and we would have happily rectified any problem.
Unfortunately, you did not return our call and we heard nothing further from you until this review 3 months later.
We would have appreciated the opportunity to give you a positive experience at The Beauty Queen but are glad you’ve found another salon to fit your needs.
Thank you
