I was recommend to go to this nail salon by my mum but I do not recommend going to this nail salon, it was my first time visiting this place and the staff were very rude and unwelcoming from the start! I don’t know if it was because of being mistaken for someone else or whether they are just rude! The nail tech that done my nails was Tutting, rolling her eyes at me and was pulling me about! I have never been to a nail salon and been treated like that! Throughout the whole service she just didn’t seem to want to have me in her chair! My nails are also very thick and Chucky which I am not used to my nails being like this! For the rude service and quality of the nails, it is over priced I won’t be returning to this place again!

Staff quite rude and didn't listen to what I asked for. Snapped at me when I asked for a different shape. Also didn't keep to the appointment time. Shame as had been enjoying going but will go back to Kim star nails from now on as this was an unpleasant experience and quite expensive.

Ive been going to this place for years but as of my last few appointments ive been having to wait 30 minutes up to an hour after booking an appointment, if you cannot honour your booking times then do not agree to them, it defeats the whole purpose especially if you are finishing someones nails and then taking other people while im still waiting. Shame as I really liked this place but i’ll be going elsewhere from now on.

I did a french manicure with Shellac gel, for which I don't think I have been charged the right price. After two days it started to come off little by little. I didn't have time to go straight after as you have to stay in there and wait for hours. It was after a week when I went and they charged me again to take it off. I feel I have been ripped-off. Waste of time and money!

Do not visit Sparkle Nails. Very rude aggressive staff. There are many better salons in hastings where they treat the customers with a pleasant experience and respect. Also a much better manicure and even offer the clients coffee. This is NOT the case at Sparkle Nails.

This was my fifth visit to this salon, and the second one wasn't particularly successful. "Not successful" is an understatement. I asked for a standard French manicure with a milky white base, oval shape. Not only did they ruin my nail shape, but after the touch-up, the result was far from what I expected. Rush and inexperience. I do not recommend this salon.
