I honestly don’t even know where to begin with Bria, because “amazing” just doesn’t feel like a strong enough word.

After my mum fell ill last year, she was left with facial disfigurement that completely knocked her confidence. Watching her go through that has been heartbreaking, and as a family we just wanted her to feel like herself again.

Then we met Bria and I can genuinely say she has been nothing short of a blessing.

From the very first moment, she treated my mum with such kindness, warmth, and understanding. She didn’t just see a client, she saw a person who needed care, reassurance, and compassion. The way she spoke to her, the patience she showed, and the love she put into her work is something I will never forget.

Bria didn’t just do a treatment she gave my mum a part of herself back. She took the time to get everything absolutely perfect, going above and beyond in ways we never expected. To have someone who was once a complete stranger show that level of genuine care is just incredible.

At the end, my mum cried the happiest tears I have ever seen. The reassurance, the kindness, and the genuine care shown especially the comforting hugs from Bria and Holly made the whole experience so incredibly special. They are truly, truly special girls.

For the first time in over a year, I saw my mum smile with real confidence again… and that is something I will forever be grateful for.

We truly cannot recommend them enough. They have changed more than just appearances they have changed how my mum feels about herself, and that means everything to us.

Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts 🤍

Queen B beauty was highly recommended to my by a friend. I was late for my appointment and the technician was still able to fit me in. I was extremely pleased with the lashes and I go back to her every time now. Very professional service and lovely lady. I would always recommend Queen B Beauty to all my friends and family.
