I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Kim for my manicure and pedicure! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease. Her attention to detail is unmatched—she took her time with the cuticle work and shaping, and the finish is flawless. absolutely shocking costumer service so aggressive and rude towards clients nearly ripped my hand from its socket when pulling my hand. they have prices that have sky rocketed over time it’s ridiculous.my nails only lasted about a week before they start lifting and coming off completely they clearly didn’t pas there nail corse as how bad of a job they do. not to mention they also take a extreme amount of time to do something that doesn’t even last.

Horrible experience, no customer service what so ever.

Came in as a walk in today, haven’t had my nails done since moving to Eastbourne. originally asking for Gel nail polish over natural nails. Decided that actually I would like extensions, I asked how much it would be for gel extensions and the lady said 35, which was fine, a lot less than I’d paid in the past.

Another man took over and started, cut all my natural nails and stuck on the extensions then went to put acrylic on my nails .. I stopped him and said no I wanted gel, as had reaction to acrylic in the past. He said ok price will be 40, it’s not the £5 difference that bothered me (i would had left a generous tip anyway) it’s the fact I was told 35 and the price changed after he started and cut my natural nails.

I said that I’m not happy and I felt blindsided as I asked for gel extensions (what i have always asked for) and agreed on 35 now it’s 40. The woman told me that what he was going to use was a gel polish + acrylic powder and I said no I did not want acrylic as I’ve had reactions in the past, just the gel and she told me that i should have specified. If I wanted acrylic extensions I would have said but I said gel. The man doing my nails was very rude and said “you’ve had my time too, you’re wasting my time” and gave me the option to remove or continue at 40 pounds. I asked if they would just honour it as it’s a miscommunication on their part (I’m not the professionals) and they said no. Again the money isn’t the issue it’s just the principle. Left with even shorter nails than I went in and all scratched and nasty from the prep. Would not recommend this place at all. Customer service is shocking.

Thank you for leaving your review so I could respond to yours and explain from our point of view.

You originally said you wanted gel colour on your natural nails. You then asked for gel extension, without specifying builder gel. If clients do not specifically ask for extension with builder gel, we carry on with acrylic. When you had clearly asked for builder gel extension, we then said our fullset with builder gel is £40, as quoted on our price list. The miscommunication comes from both sides but you insisted that the issue is with us.
You carried on blaming us for blind-siding you when the request was not clear from the beginning. You then continued saying you had no knowledge of this and so, the fault is with us. We had tried to explain that if someone did not ask us for these treatments and their differences, we would not be aware and thus, unable to explain in the first place.

We said we would take the tips off for you as you weren't happy at all with our services. Without even starting to soak them off, you already said it would make your nails look horrible. My apologies but we knew then that it is impossible to provide any services to you. Our colleagues have tried their best to accommodate you but it just does not match your expectation I believe.

We'd take this as an opportunity to have better communication with any client in the future. Have a Merry Christmas.
