Google I bought a £35 voucher for my daughter-in-law last year and, for various reasons, she had to postpone the treatment until today. She was very excited and had it all planned in her head what she wanted. Cutting a long story short, they do not do the tips so she had to stay with her very short nails, and they could not supply the colour she particularly wanted. Basically, she had her nails painted a colour she didn't want for the pricely sum of £35! I think this is a total disgrace. I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy. I have given one star because I wasn't able to leave it without.

I’m so sorry you feel like this, when gift vouchers leave the salon they are always accompanied with our price list, we have been here 8 years now and we have never done tips, I will speak with the therapist who did your daughter in laws treatment and will contact your daughter in law to hear how she felt about the treatment and deal with it accordingly, I do remember your lovely daughter in law as I extended her gift voucher, all gift vouchers are only valid for 6 months, thank you for bring this to my attention

Google My wife went to have gel applied on her nails before a cruise and within 3 days of the start of the trip the nails were starting to peel. She had this replaced on the cruise by a very experienced beautician who stated that the gel had been applied too thickly and not dried enough.
The new gel is still great 2 weeks later. My wife called the shop and was not offered either a refund or have the work redone. Very poor on all levels.
Avoid this place.
