Google Very disappointed by the behaviour of one of the hairdressers who decided to cancel my appointment because I called to say I was running late due to parking issues.

Google Just had my appointment with Lucy. We had a chat and made a plan moving forward. I felt so relieved I had found a person, not just a hairdresser who didn’t make me feel on edge. I haven’t been in a salon for 12 years!
Thankyou Lucy.
