I was gifted a voucher to use at Michelle Denham Wellness Treatments, but after some confusion, I discovered that this is not the same business as Michelle Denham Studio & Spa. As a result, I ended up having to pay for my massage myself.
On three separate occasions, the staff tried to check the voucher code on their system, but it didn’t work. Each time they checked I was told ‘it’s fine or it’ll be fine we will work it out’ Despite me clearly stating that I intended to use the voucher, the treatment went ahead—and I was still asked to pay. I ultimately had to cover £70 out of my own pocket.
The communication since then has been extremely poor, and the level of customer service I’ve received has been far below what I’d expect

Thank you for your opinion regarding your recent experience with us. As explained to yourself this was a very unique set of events resulting in no physical voucher from yourself being presented. I would disagree with your interpretation of communication as I’m sure you can testify we had lengthy dialogue via messages and conversations late into Friday evening out with normal office hours but alas not the outcome you had hoped for. We are sorry expectations have not been met on this occasion. I trust however the massage received was satisfactory.
