Google They rearranged my appointment, and gave me a new onewhen the shop was closed. Wasted my time. Won't be back
Hi carol, your appointment was rescheduled due to staff illness which unfortunately does very rarely happen.
Your appointment was rearranged to today which you didn’t turn up to. Im sorry you must have picked it up wrong thinking it was yesterday but it would never have been rearranged to then as all staff was off for a very well earned day off. I however did get it our voicemail this morning and tried to call you twice with no answer. So thank you for taking the time to leave a 1 star review for my salon, thankfully hundreds of our other clients are happy with our services and that’s what matters. Enjoy your day😃
