Little Madams put on an absolutely brilliant pamper birthday party for my 8 year old daughter. They were really caring and engaged the children throughout. The decorations were just right and the children felt relaxed and had loads of fun. I would recommend highly.

We came along today for a 'spa day for 2' birthday day out for my daughter and her friend. Initially, it was adorable- they loved the foot spa experience, sitting with their 'juice flutes' and sweeties. The decor is cute and they were very excited. The salon was very cold though!

Another party came in half way through our booking and I immediately had the feeling it was forgotten about or they hadn't realised the time, as the ladies began to rush with our hair tinsel. The salon became very busy with the extra children + parents and unfortunately, it felt like we were in the way and couldn't make use of nice photo opportunities. Another member of staff did come in and finished my girls nails and we were then on our way. I will add the extra lady who came in was lovely and noticed my daughter was feeling sad about her hair glitter and asked for it fixed- it quickly was.

Looking at the hair tinsel now (5 hours later) I'm not overly impressed especially as it was an extra fee. It's sticking upwards and I had to trim loads off the ends. I do feel this was due to the other party coming in and the staff not wanting to leave them unattended for long- understandable but disappointing on our end.

Overall the girls had a good time and felt likr princesses- Any little blips were only noticed by me, thankfully. I do wonder if larger parties should have exclusive use so that smaller parties like ours don't feel pushed to the side.

Came here with my nieces for the Little Highness Spa Day for 2. They absolutely loved it. The whole experience was lovely from start to finish with excellent service, drinks, slippers & sweets for the girls. We will definitely be coming back again!

Took two little lassies for a pre 6th birthday surprise. We had the very best time, they were pampered and spoilt. They had such a fabulous time and was just the perfect amount of time. We will definitely be back for another girly spa.

I've taken my daughter here loads and it's always been lovely. We've also had my daughters birthday party here and added the photo booth,silent disco and afternoon tea. when you go you get an hour slot, we waited outside untill our time so we didn't interrupt the session before us. Once in on our time slot we had to wait 10 minutes before our session started as we walked in and the other group was still in not even starting to leave ,food still on the table and slippers etc everywhere- the place was a mess. Not sure why they don't have a 10 minute gap to stop customers feeling uncomfortable and walking into a mess with others still in especially when you're paying £90 for an hours service.

Also before our session ended people from the next session came in,So half our time was interrupted on top of the first 10 minutes. Maybe a sign on the door or an email when booking asking customers not to arrive before their time would be helpful as its ruins the experience for others.

We had an afternoon tea on our latest visit which we've had previously in the back room after your time slot but now it's out with everyone else and included in your hour. So for booking an extra service you get less time really. You arw at a large table and others come and sit beside you so it doesn't feel as special as before the kids had their own table as you would anywhere else you would go for food.

When going to the toilet in the back, the side doors could maybe be closed as both rooms are a mess and it just makes it look so run down and like the service cant be bothered. Would be amazing if these rooms could be made for the afternoon tea again or even a waiting room so people aren't sitting in on your paid £90 slot.

We asked for some water and the girls where busy so while at the toilet with my daughter in the back said I could just pour it but there was no water left in the jug and apart from the toilet sink they didn't have another water source and they had no bottled water or anything in the sink. When i told the staff instead of directing me to the water to pour they said they'd get it,making me wonder if they filled the jugs from the toilet sink in a shared toilet.

The staff though all seem really nice with the kid. Just need to do something about the timing/clean up in between rather than just skipping it for extra money.

Kids had a lovely time. The girl was lovely and made them all feel welcome and pampered. Put their selected music on and was really nice. Will recommend to friends and family and make use of the service in the future.

This is the 2nd time my 2 granddaughters 7 & 9 have been to Little Madams and they enjoyed just as much the 2nd time as the 1st.
They were so excited to go and so happy when they came out.
They both said the foot spa was amazing.
both very happy with their gel nails and lovely colourful hair braids.
Would definitely recommend this experience for any little girl.
