I visited Hollywood Nails and Spa at the end of February to have BIAB nails done. Went back a couple of weeks ago and asked for a soak off to remove them as this is what I’ve had done previously where I used to live. I was surprised when they didn’t wrap my nails in foil etc as expected and only used the electric drill to remove them. Later that day my nails became very painful and 2 weeks on I now have bruising on 9 of my nails and one is still particularly tender in warm water. Whilst the nails initially looked pretty, the method of removing them was horrendous and I will be looking for an alternative nail salon in future.

Lovley staff . Very good at what they do. Great customer service . I had. Chipped one of my nails went back they fixed it no issues. Going again for a pedicure .
