Google Appointment at 5.30pm.booked this morning for nails
Contacted at 4pm today to say sorry forgot we are closing early.
This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional
I won't be back and it probably won't be long untill they are out of business
Owner Response:
Hi Gail !
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by having to close early unexpectedly today . However , we do feel your review is unfair . You have been a regular customer at our salon for over a year , and during that time we have always tried our best to accommodate you , including fitting you in for last-minute appointments whenever possible . It is disappointing that one unexpected situation would lead to comments suggesting our business will soon close . You will not be welcome at our salon again. We hope never see you again at our salon . Thank you .

Google Went to hd nails last week for the first time n I couldn't be happier. The staff were very friendly and chatty, nice atmosphere. I love my nails too, big attention to details, my nails are not 'bulky', nicely shaped and clean underneath as well. So happy, definitely will be back. Thank you
