I am home now after another amazing massage.I felt like I had floated away for ages today!
Returned balanced, peaceful ,back into my body and heart space🙌🤍
100% a blissful treat ,thank you .🌸
All the massages I have tried have been so good,on every level. The reiki also has been soothing and transformative for me.🪽🌟

The treatment room itself is magical, it feels like entering a different world for a while.
Incense scents the air, music is played and lots of twinkly lights enclose you.
The perfect safe ,cozy space to relax in .

I realised I have been visiting for quite a while now .

Initially lead by my son (young at the time, on the hunt for crystals)
We were met by Natalie who shared his enthusiasm ,and assisted him on his mission. He seriously loved visiting Soul Serenity when he was little. I can remember him jumping up and down with pure joy and excitement ;as he was surrounded by all the treasure.💎
He still loves popping in even now .
We have got to know you all ,including your mum and dad who are also lovely.

Such a welcoming and friendly space ,full of beautiful things to look at and purchase.
Although this can be dangerous tbh ,as it’s all rather tempting!Had to step away today 😂.

Beautiful Natalie is a wonderful soul , such good energy to be around .I am blessed to have met her.
For me personally she has been a healing presence in my life . I feel she is very gifted in the work she does.

Booked facial and Indian head massage. Was very relaxing and excellent to get a traditional Indian head massage. Good prices and I will be going back. Highly recommend.
Very friendly and felt comfortable throughout my experience. Natalie spoke to me after about tension she felt and explained how my body may react after the treatment.

We both had a hot stone massage last Friday and it was brilliant. We both felt so relaxed and we are still feeling like that several days later. Would highly recommend.

Natalie is a wonderfully nurturing and spiritual person who has so much knowledge to share.

I contacted Natalie when I was interested in learning about, and training in Reiki, almost 2 years ago.

I did my Reiki courses, I pop into her lovely crystal shop, I go to her for massages and the odd Reiki session.

I always feel better after I’ve seen Natalie and still learn something new each time I go there. She always takes time to talk through things and has such lovely energy, which is why I keep going back!

Thanks Natalie for the great care you take of all your customers 💞

I had an excellent Hopi Ear Candle treatment with Natalie. She carefully explained everything before starting, had a great healing touch, and thorough post-treatment analysis. A great experience which I would repeat in a heartbeat

6 months ago I had the pleasure of stepping into Soul Serenity in Wimborne for a hot stone massage and it was a truly the best massage I have had and a real transformative experience. From the moment I met Natalie I felt get warm positive energy. The treatment room, with its soothing lighting, wonderful energy and super comfy massage couch immediately made me feel welcome and excited for the session and I knew I was in for a real treat
Having had hot stone massages before, I can confidently say that Natalie's holistic approach, combined with the rooms atmosphere and powerful stones, left me feeling rejuvenated for an entire week. I've had 2 sessions and plan to have many more.

During my visits I was drawn to the quartz sound bath bowls. After Natalie explained their benefits o knew o had to try them. The session was unlike any other therapy I've experienced. The power of the bowls was incredible. Leading to the start of a transformation journey for me and my outlook. I feel calm and open to new possibilities. A remarkable experience. I can't thank Natalie enough for this remarkable experience.

Natalie is an incredible, beautiful soul with great knowledge and wisdom, powerful insights and energy. I'm so grateful to have met her and experienced the therapies she offers. They have made a significant difference to me. Thank you Natalie. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Every time i find myself Stepping into this shop i already know it’ll be the highlight of that week. The owner, Natalie, is such a warm presence to be around and brimming with pure positive vibes!
The various spiritual items around the shop will keep you looking and searching until you find that item that calls to you. Incense fills the air and the entire aesthetic of the shop is just out of this world. The therapy room is a special part of the shop. For me it felt like the room hugged me, hugged my soul. I felt safe and calm and hopeful for the therapy i was about to receive. The sound bath i had was an amazing experience and i recommend any of the therapies available as they all provide incredible relief. 5 stars all the way.

If I were able to give Soul Serenity Spa more than 5 stars I would do so in recognition of the high quality of therapy and the very personal and unique experience offered by Natalie. Stepping through the door is like escaping into another world of tranquility and calm away from the outside bustle. A serene haven that immediately promotes a sense of peace and ease. Natalie is always so welcoming, and rather than rushing straight to my hot stone massage, she takes time to find out how I am feeling and what I have been dealing with since my last treatment. This personal approach means that she is able to focus her expert, intuitive skills where they can be most effective. After the treatment, Natalie again takes time to talk about my wellbeing, and by the time I leave, I feel relaxed and positive no matter how out of sorts I might have felt when I arrived. Thank you Natalie for your wonderful skill and care, and for the truly holistic approach you provide.

I been visiting Natalie at Soul Serenity for the last 7 years. I have enjoyed many different treatments that she offers from: Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy, Reiki, Sound Bath, Tarot Reading and Nails. I always enjoy my visits to see Natalie as she makes it a warm welcoming experience each and every time.

The reason I keep visiting Natalie is because of her holistic approach to the therapies. Giving extra attention to the entirety of body and soul. I feel replenished, rejuvenated and balance whenever I had treatments here. Natalie’s knowledge in this field is extensive, I leave feeling I have learnt something new every time I come.

Thank you Natalie, I really appreciate everything you’ve done for me. It made a massive positive impact on my life mentally and emotionally.
