Been visiting since the shop opened. Always greeted with a smile and hello from the staff. I make appointments on line, always accommodating and never have to wait too long. The shop is always busy because they are excellent at what they do. Best pedicure ever, leave feeling like I am walking on air.

been going for a year and won’t be returning. Standards have gone down hill and every time I would go back I’d leave cut and bleeding. These tools are then used on the next person with no care. It’s been 6 weeks and I still haven’t healed from the deep cut on the thumb from when I asked for nails to be shortened and instead of cut down the drill was used with no attention. Prices seem to be going up for the quality of the nails to be going down

I’ve visited here a few times now, and unfortunately, the experience has gotten worse with each visit. Honestly, this place is an absolute dive. The hygiene standards are appalling—it’s always filthy, and it's clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. The word "spa" should definitely be removed from their name because it’s far from a relaxing or sanitary environment.

The staff may be friendly to their regulars, but as a visitor to the area, I've never received the same level of service. Despite giving them several chances, my experience has consistently been poor, and I’ve always felt like an outsider compared to their "locals."

One star feels too generous for a place that fails in both cleanliness and customer service. I certainly won't be returning, and I recommend others avoid this place as well.

Always AMAZING!!! Always get my hands and toes done and Hanna who does my nails is amazing amazing, best nails I’ve ever had done and I’ve been to lots of places before! She really takes her time and makes sure your happy , also good value for money :) overall a lovely experience and so happy with my nails
