Awful nails not worth the money at all they took 3hours to do an acrylic infill with just a French tip I asked if they could do a sharp square shape and they curved them and took an hour shaping them yet they where the wrong shape even though I said multiple times for them not to curve them and they kept cutting me and after 3 hours I saw the final product and they are uneven some are longer then others and the acrylic is bumpy and uneven and cost me £45 will not be returning

Sadly I’d rather drive for an hour to Bournemouth than go here again. Although she does a beautiful job, the owner is abrupt and rude. I wanted a colour change one day with the plan to go back three days later for a complete new job. She wouldn’t do it, even though she and her colleague were sat scrolling through phones with no customers. Could have made double the money from me. I will never go back.

After a year of illness and no time made for myself I was encouraged by friends to treat myself. I found them all very rude and unsympathetic to my sore hands . Won't be going back and would definitely not recommend. Over all disappointed 😞

This was the most terrible pedicure I’ve ever had. The woman running the place was extremely rude. Her mother did the first part of the pedicure and brutalised my cuticles. She obviously had no training whatsoever. Don’t recommend.
