Google Bring back the original husband and wife ! Had nails done 3 times with new people and had to go back each time . The first 2 times my varnish had chipped within the first day , yesterday I decided to get a new set done with the colored acrylic thinking it can’t chip . The acrylic isn’t smooth , the nails are different lengths , on one nail the acrylic isn’t over the whole plastic extension so you can see it ! And this morning I’ve noticed the top coat has chipped!!! And he was so rough his broken the skin round 3 nails with the electric file so my finger are now sore
We apologize for your dissatisfaction with us, your color was peeling off when you came to fix it, we also explained to you that it was because you put your hand in the wrong gel lamp, you have to do it. The light of the lamp covers your nails so that the gel color will not peel off, but when you come to fix it, I know that it takes time for you to arrive, so even though we are busy we always try to arrange a time to fix it. fix for you , about the nail you just did if you are not satisfied with it you must tell us when we are done , because we always ask our customers if they are satisfied with the nails we do , if not satisfied we will fix it according to their wishes , until they are satisfied then leave my shop , we really apologize for that dissatisfaction so if you can arrange If you can arrange it, give us a call and we will do it for you, thank you very much
Google First time using the Bridport nails and beauty salon, only used them as a last resort as I needed my nails doing for a family wedding and my partner told me to treat myself as I was just going to get stick on ones from superdrug, she couldn't fit me in straight away and said to come back in a hour or so I did she started to do my nails as I chose ombre then I noticed she did one of my nails wonky and I told told her and she told my finger was wonky which obviously wasn't the case and she still left it, then on return to have them taken off I got there 5mins late she asked if I had an appointment and I said yes i spoke to you yesterday and she was abit rude to me and didn't seem happy evan though she didn't put me down in her book when I arranged the appointment. when I've gone to these salons in previous towns I haven't had to make an appointment I've just walked in. wasn't really happy with how I was dealt with from having my nails done and to taken off. Didn't feel welcome at all.

I was charged £40 for simple french top acrylic.
I asked for acrylic, he then gave me another type of power (which I thought was acrylic) but it wasn’t - it was £35
Nails are wonky. He made my finger bleed by what felt like he was drilling into my finger.
£40 is ridiculous for these simple nails
Google I get my nails done every 3 to 4 weeks and I get positive comments from family, friends and total strangers. Even now I don't live in Bridport, I still drive over to get my nails done
