I cannot thank Vicki at VIP Cosmedics enough. She went above and beyond, accommodating a last-minute appointment after salon hours to help me, when I was experiencing a severe allergic reaction and urgently needed lash removal (note: Vicki had not applied the lashes herself).

Vicki was incredibly kind, caring, and professional from the moment I arrived. Her calm and compassionate approach immediately put me at ease during a very stressful time. She was not only highly skilled and efficient in handling the situation but also genuinely concerned for my wellbeing.

To my surprise and immense gratitude, Vicki even followed up the next day to check how I was doing — a true testament to her dedication and thoughtful nature.

Vicki is an outstanding professional and a truly lovely person. I am so grateful for her help and cannot recommend her highly enough.

I had my first tattoo laser session today with Vicki and I could not fault her! I was quite nervous prior to the appointment, as laser tattoo removal is very painful, however Vicki put me at ease and was so patient and kind with me throughout the procedure. She even sat with me afterwards for a while to help me feel better which I really appreciated :) She reassured me that I can contact her anytime if I have any concerns, which made me feel well looked after and safe. Thank you Vicki for today and I'm looking forward to seeing you at our next appointment! 💗

I had my very first Botox and filler appointment with Vicky.
She listened carefully to what I wanted and explained everything very clearly.
She put me at ease the whole way through the treatment.
The results were exactly what I asked for and I am beyond thrilled with them!
She gave great aftercare advice as well and even proceeded to message me a few hours later, to check all was well.
If you’re looking for a natural look, then Vicky’s your woman. You won’t be disappointed.
Thank you so much Vic. xxxxx

Victoria goes that extra mile. Highly qualified, which puts your mind at rest, which is an absolute must, as she is working on your face. Love the permanent eyeliner & eyebrows, subtle & confidence building.
