Google Sliced finger open with electric file within 2 minutes of being there, no antiseptic wipe, not very apologetic and left with it still bleeding. Still charged full price also..

Google The rudest people I have ever met. Called to cancel an appointment as all of the roads were closed and I am not from the area (visiting a friend's mum who is in end of life care) and the woman just hung up the phone rudely saying "oh so you just don't let us know" as I tried to explain why I was sorry I had to cancel. Go to Daisy Lily instead. Loveliest girl and gorgeous service.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but we would like to clarify what happened. Your appointment was cancelled at the very last minute, and we did attempt to reach you by phone
beforehand. When you returned our call, you let us know that you need to cancel. We completely understand that unexpected situation can arise, but last minute cancellation do ability to accommodate other customers and our small businesses.
We always aim to treat everyone with kindness and respect, and we regret if our communication came across as anything less.

Google My daughter went here for her nails, the work they do is good, she was very happy with her nails. But she was very uncomfortable and the whole experience wasn’t friendly or relaxing they speak to each other in their own language throughout the whole appointment not even engaging with their customers the lady in the middle station is just rude my daughter said she gives you dirty looks. It’s far from a friendly English salon. Such a shame because the work they do is good.

While we’re pleased she was happy with quality of her nails, we know the atmosphere is just as important. Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience.
Just to clarify - we are an appointment- only salon, and on that day, all our appointments arrived as scheduled. When our staff asked if you had a booking, you said no. So we were unable to fit you in.
We also apologise if our communication came across the wrong way - it was not our intention at all.

Google Fab spa pedicure, the owner was so thorough, he took the time reshaping my nails and getting rid of the horrible gnarly bits that has accrued over winter. I was really impressed and will be going again. Thank you

Google Very bad experience, when getting my nails soaked off I was asked to come back an hour later after my original time because they had double booked. then he proceeded to use a nail drill to take off most of the acrylic leaving me with acrylic still on my nail when I asked to get them soaked off. I then still had to pay £15 for a service I did not receive.
