I’ve been going here for a couple of months now and it’s been good. However, the last infills were done by an older man. Unfortunately he flooded my nails with acrylic and it was only when I got home and looked with my glasses on 😂 I realised how dreadful it was. I went back today and a lady (manager I think?) spent lots of time taking the excess off and made sure I was happy. No charge and assured me if I wasn’t happy again to go back. For this reason I rate them highly.

I was delighted with my nails but disappointed because I was charged originally &103 for myself and grandchild but when I opened my bag and £10 was spotted the price changed to £113 so be aware of what your being charged don’t open your bag with money in it .

Went for my monthly infills for my acrylics. Showed a picture of what I wanted and they matched perfectly. Always friendly staff, professional and caring in what they do. Their free hand nail art is amazing too!!!!!!

Went into the salon yesterday, asked for a take off and new set. The man that did my take off was so rude and cut my nail too short and ended up cutting the skin underneath my nails. I told him it was hurting and he proceeded to pull and my nail and use the nail cutters. I pulled my hand away and he proceeded to grab my hand and pull my nail off. Was bleeding. Asked for short French tip and a pink acrylic powder, overall they’re really thick and were very rushed

Got my nails done here 2 days ago and I’m so obsessed with them !! The staff are so lovely there especially the woman who did my nails , her name was Lisa. I would recommend there shop so much as it’s definitely the best place I’ve been too in Newton about and so affordable!!!

Avoid having nails done here , they were rude and they were rushing , when they saw more people came in and tried to rushed doing my nails. I explained how I wanted them done and the way they done it, it will look awful ,and they tried to augment with me ( customer) saying the way they done was right, I had to go to a different nail shop to get mine fixed!!
Never again !!!

Went in today and was greeted by a woman who was lovely and made me feel very welcome. However when I sat down the man that did my nails was rude to me instantly. He kept smacking my hands, sighing like I was bothering him and had a personal vendetta against him, kept laughing what seemed like at me, was really rough with my nails and made my thumb bleed. At the end of my service I asked how much I owed him and said £100. I started panicking as I was not expecting it to be that much. One of the other workers came over and said it was £40. I just found him so rude, I tried to communicate and cooperate as best I could and it seemed like he took advantage of that.

Avoid this place at all costs. The staff are rude, unprofessional, and argue with you about everything. We explained exactly what we wanted and were told “no, it’ll look ugly.” Who says that to a paying customer? They didn’t even want to shorten the nails properly. If you want attitude instead of service, this is the place for you. Never again.
