I contacted Kelly out of the blue at the weekend as I just happened to be passing Exeter and she very kindly agreed to see on Sunday for some waxing. A genuinely lovely and friendly person who is clearly very good at what she does, I would recommend her to anyone and will certainly make sure I book next time I am passing Exeter.

What a fantastic service from Kelly! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. We cheekily called Kelly (found her details on Google) at 4pm on a Thursday afternoon, asking if she had any last minute space to pierce my daughter's ears. Within the hour Kelly arrived at our house, with the whole ear piercing kit with her. Kelly spent a generous amount of time explaining the piercing process to us and was extremely kind and reassuring throughout. The process went perfectly. Thank you Kelly! 😁

I booked my appointment by phone and confirmed the date and time verbally, only to arrive today and find the salon doors locked and no one inside. I called the number twice and left a message but no one has come back to me which is really unprofessional.

I booked this appointment to have my nails done before my wedding (I fly out tomorrow).

Luckily, I have managed to secure an appointment elsewhere this evening but could have done without all the hassle! Won't use again in the future.

Had another great experience today at Kelly's salon. I always feel welcome and well looked after when I visit. After talking through with Kelly what I wanted she cut my hair into a slightly different style and left me looking years younger and totally pleased with the end result. Once that was over Odette gave my feet a wonderful pedicure that left me feeling as if I was walking on air afterwards. Thanks again Kelly and team.
