Terrible customer service.
I popped in (Friday 27th) to ask if I could get gel removal on my toes and fingers plus pedicure and manicure before new gel- I was bluntly told "no we dont do that, we dont take off other peoples work"
I asked a few more questions to clarify this and to explain that I've just moved here- looking for a new salon (which i would use regularly) and (obviously need gel removal before i get new gel put on).
The woman just came across as rude and unprofessional in my opinion.
As there was no real explanation given it just seems strange- I've never come across this. I have frequented many professional salons over the years in different countries and throughout the UK and I've never had this problem before.
Sure everyone has there own policies- but no need to be rude about it.

I had my first appointment today at D&G Nails after recently moving to the area. My nails were in such a bad condition I was so embarrassed! Lee & Gemma are amazing. They have worked wonders with my nails for several years now - always professional & considerate, mindful of my requests and polite. They have a loyalty scheme to help with the cost, well worth it as the end product is always outstanding, a top quality finish which lasts. I would highly recommend them.

Scary! A very abrupt; verging on rude customer attitude. I winced about 5 times & called out in pain about three times. Tools used were coarse drill bits. BIAB lasted just 2 weeks and was spongy. Place was dusty with powder etc.

A photograph was mistakenly added that’s now been removed.

I stand by the very rude and painful service I received.
