They were friendly and the young lady who pierced my ear did her best. She marked the right spot on my left ear correctly but the piercing gun pierced a tad higher. The ear stud, bought from them, fitted in that ear lobe was noticeably not level, but higher than the other ear stud put in the right ear lobe. My lobes are not so pronounced. Hence with larger ear studs it will be more noticeable as the left stud would not lie flat because of being too near the beginning of the opening.

Also my small gold hoops would be noticeably different, i.e. one too high up. Hence, I have taken their studs out and gone back to wearing my earrings as usual at even height. Just the left is a tad more from the jaw than the other. I do feel disappointed with the outcome.

It is a pity. I think she was nervous and perhaps it would have been better if I was sat on a chair and then she would not have had to lift her arm so much and have more control of the piercing gun. I will have to try again somewhere else. 😂

Also, I am disappointed that they did not acknowledge the difference. My husband can see it amongst others I have asked.😒

The most fabulous salon. Big Rhon and her team are such fun. Always have the best time when I visit and always leave with amazing nails. If you don’t like pink, beware. You will love pink by the time you leave. Rhonda has some sort of mind penetrating powers!

Amazing service today for a last minute booking for ear piercing. My daughter was so nervous about having her ears pierced, but desperately wanted them done. The beautician talked her through the whole process with reassurance, humour and chocolate. So welcoming and friendly, thank you so much.
