Google I went for my first ever pedicure and the knowledge the ladies had in the store was outstanding. I had talked about nail issues from my previous manicures and from this they were able to deduce that I am allergic to certain BIAB gels. From this they used one for sensitive/allergic skin. The pedicure was amazing. I will definitely be going back, and combining with a manicure when my nails are ready.

Google I've just had the most amazing full body hot stone massage today. Natalie was so lovely and went over and above to ensure the massage was just right. Lovely atmosphere, incredibly welcoming team and a serious excellent massage. Thank you. I can't wait to book in again!

Google I have just had my nails done and as always they are fabulous. The treatment I get from the girls is outstanding, wether it is for a manicure, pedicure or any other treatment I fancy. it is always a pleasure to visit the salon. Would highly recommend them.

Google Clean salon. Unfortunately the manicurist didn't listen to what I wanted 'as natural looking as possible', and used a BIAB which looked like pink plastic. Awful. I asked her to remove them as they weren't anything like I asked for. Cost me for both the putting on and the removal. I won't be going back.

We are so sorry that you feel you had such a bad experience. Unfortunately a charge does still have to be taken when a service is provided. products are being used and as the therapists are self employed they still need to be paid for their time. We wouldn't expect anyone to work for free under any circumstances. A discussion was had about whether you would have liked Biab or gel and Biab was chosen which is of no fault of the therapist. We fully appreciate it wasn't what you had hoped for and unfortunately Biab is indeed pink and a form of 'plastic'. If you would like us to call you on Monday and resolve any issue you feel left with then the manager or owner would be happy to chat to you. We can only apologise that you feel like you had such a bad experience.

Google Cancelled my massage again.. I think this is the third time my wife and I have been let down so still cannot say how good or bad the massage may be.
