I’ve been going to New York Nails in Bideford for over a year now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The customer service is genuinely excellent — they really take the time to get to know you and even remember exactly how you like your nails, which makes such a difference.

The appointment system is great too, always well organised with no long waiting times, which is rare to find. On top of that, the value for money is fantastic and the quality of the nails is consistently amazing every time.

Highly recommend if you’re looking for reliable service and beautiful results!

The nails were alright it did take 40 mins to do just a normal gel polish on my nails but it was really dirty and unorganised

I had BIAB nails done. Great looking and hard wearing. Top coat used wears down easily though. Good ventilation.

Great nail salon. I was simply in town for a short amount of time and wanted to get my acrylics off and BIAB put on. They were extremely professional and quick to get an appointment. Only 1 star taken away as I felt my acrylics could have been soaked longer to remove fully. On the whole great experience.

The nail art was so good! Better than the picture I provided and when I smudged the art he fixed it no problem! Would definitely recommend, I was really impressed ☺️

Took my daughter here for the first time. Tried lots of places but no availability they were able to fit her in the next day. Lovely salon, clean and bright and the staff are very professional but friendly and welcoming. The young man who did her nails was amazing! She showed him a picture of the design she wanted and he executed it perfectly. She was over the moon. Highly recommend this salon.
