Not at all happy with the service,used to be okay but definitely gone downhill,and prices I'm sure are made up on the day.
I asked for a pedicure no gel to be put on.
The new guy was absolutely not good at all.
Hardly did anything infact I was finished in 18 mins on the board it stated £30 which I thought was alot for having nothing done.
Got to till £35 I questioned it as I had no gel put on.
Wasn't having it just continued to say no £35.
Well it's the last £35 plus you will get off me!!
I will be going elsewhere

They used to be good but the last 3 sets I have been unhappy with. I think they have new staff and they are just not upto standard yet charged the same. Also get charged different everytime even when getting the same thing. Just cost me £50 for a full set and I’m not happy with them. Will go elsewhere now.

Been going to this place every few weeks since they opened the last few months or so the standard has gone down the gel polish never lasts more than a few days before it chips and sides of my nails chipping off and breaking easily having to file them because of snaggy bits it used to be brilliant but since they had all the new people in it hasn't been great and at £30/£40 I'd expect my nails not to chip or snag within a few days, it's either cheaper products or not training the staff properly

Been going to ZRE nails for 4 years never had a problem until recently, they had new nail people and twice they made a mess on my nails they literally lasted no more than
A few days before breaking! Then today I went in this morning a few people were waiting for there nails done so I was told to come back I went back at 3.15pm for infills 2 people were waiting and they close at 6pm and was told they wasn’t taking any more people come back Monday ! I’ve been somewhere else and much prefer my new set of nails, so I won’t be returning !

Really disappointing today they close at 6 but at 4:45 they said they was closing didn’t even check what I wanted as it was only a soak off of 4 gel nails. If the times have changed recently then the sign on the door and google search needs changing
