Google First time I’ve been to this salon. I couldn’t be happier. I’ve just relocated so I can’t go to my usual salon anymore, but this will definitely be my salon of choice from now on. Friendly staff, efficient and great job on waxing. I feel human again. Thank you.
Owner Response:
Hi Jade, thank you so much for your feedback, we really appreciate the kind words. We look forward to seeing you again soon! xx

Google I've been here a few times and always experienced issues, over charged or services not booked, only come here for convenience when my usual tech is not available and have once again been let down today on the time of my appointment, had email proof but told I could wait, look upstairs, or rebook, no apology didn't look particularly bothered, just confirmed the previous reasons I don't come here
Edit - if I knew the therapist had called in sick or contact had been attempted I would of been more understanding, thank you for the response
Owner Response:
Hello Lynsey, i'm sorry for your experience with us today. Your therapist did phone in sick and we tried to contact you twice about this before your appointment time but we were unsuccessful! we moved you to another therapist but just a little later to make sure you still had your appointment. The email reminder was correct but unfortunately your therapist didn't come to work. We apologise again for your experience but we cannot help staff sickness, if you have any other questions about this don't hesitate to contact us at the salon directly on 01246 200225,
many thanks,
Freshlook Beauty

Google I had a wonderful experience having my nails done by Suzi. She is highly professional, attentive, and clearly takes great pride in her work. She took the time to understand my preferences and ensured every detail was finished to an excellent standard. The results are beautiful and long-lasting, and I have received many compliments. I would highly recommend Suzi to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable nail technician.
Owner Response:
Hi Rebecca, thankyou for the lovely words we like to take the time to get to know our clients to ensure we do our best work!
