I had an appointment yesterday with Gracie, it was my first appointment here and was a little anxious. I had a chat with Gracie before she did anything to see what I wanted with my hair and what she thought would suit me. We decided to go for something which is easy for me to manage on a daily basis. Gracie talked me through everything as she was cutting and styling my hair, even down to the brush to use when blow drying. I came away from there feeling very pampered and looked after.My hair looks and feels great. Will definitely be booking to go back on a regular basis.

My daughter was smiling the entire time, and Gracie made sure she felt comfortable throughout. My son usually isn’t keen on haircuts, but this time he even said he’d happily go again next time.

I went here for my first hair cut in 5 years. Gracie made me feel realy comfortable and was super accommodating. She took time to listen and understand the look I was going for and did a great job of neatening out my messy attempts at home hair cuts. I can’t recomend Gracie and All About You more!

I have used Helen to manage my hair for quite a few years. She’s seen it from short to long and many different colours. I often get comments on how well it’s cut and styled. The salon has a very friendly atmosphere with nothing being too much trouble. Can easily communicate with Helen and get appointments when needed. All staff are very polite and friendly.

I cancelled my appointment with 5 days notice (policy is 2 days notice) and I have still been charged a £14 cancellation fee despite me leaving 2 voicemail messages. You said that because I didn’t cancel via the app these messages don’t count as me cancelling?! I have asked for a refund and you have refused. Won’t visit again. Absolutely awful service.

Had a wonderful experience at this Salon . Had an appointment with Gracie one of the junior stylists and I am absolutely delighted with how she has cut my hair. I will be returning again . The salon had a really friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you

Helen and Rose from AllAboutYou studio recently did my hair (as well as my bridesmaids’, my mum’s and my mother in law’s) for my wedding and they were so brilliant.
They were both really lovely and listened carefully and understood what everyone wanted. Everyone’s hair looked wonderful. The bridesmaids’ in particular was perfect - slightly different to suit each of them, but still complementing each other really nicely.
They also worked very quickly and efficiently and we had plenty of time to spare which really helped the morning to feel calm and relaxed.
So happy with everything they did and would definitely recommend them for bridal hair!

I went to get my hair done at this salon about 2 weeks ago and at the time I had blonde hair, I asked for it to be dark fully!
Dark brown is my natural hair colour anyway and I just wanted it all one colour. Rosie was doing my hair and she asked me what I wanted and I said dark brown to match my roots. She then was like “ No trust me you do not want it all dark “ I did want it all dark as that’s what I asked for and the end result still looked blonde just with brown showing through? And two weeks later, it’s even more blonde as it’s wore out? Hasn’t even lasted and she did highlights? For fully dark it’s better as a block colour to cover the lights! So I’ve had to go to another salon and they’ve done it straight away for me , fully dark which is what I asked for!
I know she was only worried I would regret having it all dark but that’s what I asked for and that isn’t what I received…

I have been to this salon a few times and I will not return! They chat among themselves as well when you are busy sat waiting for your hair to be done! It’s just not professional and I paid £80 for my hair to not be what I asked for? Just annoying to be honest!
