Google My experience today was brilliant. Face facts fit me in for a last minute appointment since I was only visiting Bakewell on holiday. Holly did my brow wax and left them looking so neat and symmetrical.
Would highly recommend.
Owner Response:

Google Rai was amazing with my 9 year old daughter Evelyn. She was a bit nervous about getting her ears pierced but was quickly reassured and we both left more than happy with the results!

Thank you so much for your great feedback. Its so lovely to hear that we made Evelyn feel at ease for her ear piercing appointment. It was an absolute pleasure to pierce Evelyn's ears and to meet you both.

Google I booked as usual to have my eyelashes tinted. As usual I received a free hand massage whilst the tint was taking. As I have arthritis in my joints, this was a blessing. In fact, having the hand massage is more important to me than having my eyelashes done! My husband has just been very ill and my wonderful therapist volunteered to wear a mask to reduce the chance of spreading any infection to him. And all in the most beautiful building decorated beautifully and with good taste. Thanyou.
Owner Response:
Thank you Jayne for taking the time to leave us such a lovely review. Chloe was more than happy to help by wearing a face mask during your treatment. We look forward to seeing you on your next appointment.
