Would not go back..!!
As soon as i sat down on the chair to start my nails the man (young and wears a beanie hat) had an ‘off vibe’.
While he was doing my nails he was very rough and while cutting the shape he pushed the scissors down into my finger which was extremely uncomfortable. I shown a picture of what i wanted and they agreed they could do it, but while asking advice for colours they got nasty shouting stating they can’t choose the colours for me. (that’s fair enough but i was only asking for advise!).

When i asked him how much it was before paying he turned his back and spoke facing the wall, so of course i couldn’t hear him. Then got all nasty when i couldn’t hear/ make out the price. Baring in mind i asked a couple of times. Each time he didn’t not speak to me directly instead faced the wall.
Overall, i found the man rude and will not be going back & would not recommend to anyone if they asked.

The first few times I went here my nails were lovely but the quality just went massively down hill. I had multiple sets break less than 24 hours after getting them done and would spend hours waiting to get them fixed, despite ringing up before hand and being told they had time to fix it right there and then. Nicks and cuts around my nails because of rushing. The last time I went I ended up catching a fungal nail infection and having to have 2 nails removed to be treated properly. AVOID!

Owner Response:

Hi darling
