Absolute joke. My girlfriend 10 days ago for £32 and I’ve already lost five of them due to breakage. Completely unacceptable for the price. To make it worse, they then charged me £10 just to remove what was left. Really disappointed with the quality and service. I won’t be coming back.

nails turned out good, but the process took forever and was painful. i was given extensions without request, i was laughed at when i said i wanted them shorter. my cuticles bled and now they look red and swollen around my nail. the man got the colours mixed up more than once and had to end up redoing. i would avoid.

I had my nails done all the time at E-nails, today I was given an apprentice, not a problem but they didn’t make me aware that this would take 2 hours and 10 mins, i had to tell her what to do, in the end i left and had to go to another salon to get them fixed due to me going away.

My mum, sister and myself all come here for our nails every 3 weeks and have done for quite a while now, we’ve been today and my mum had a girl who I believe is a trainee do her nails, clearly no training prior to working on clients, very unprofessional of staff actually heard saying bad things about the worker who took 2 hours to do my mums nails, I even tipped my nail lady which I’m gutted about as the service was very poor, will not be returning for your nail services, did not have time to stay and get them fixed as we are going on holiday, number they have also given online is false so doesn’t dail through.

Left deep pits in my nails making all my nails weak and break. Every single cuticle bled during my manicure, the instruments were not sterilised and were just put back for the next customer. I spoke to the owner at the time who honestly didn’t care.

Been going here for past 10 months my nails usually last a month however I paid 39 pounds for a new set and 5 have broken within 2 weeks and the staff were not bothered when I went back to have them repaired infact the staff were rude to me

The lady who did my nail just pulled out machine, scragged my nail n brushed it through… no final shine, no nothing. she was like “it’s supposed to be like that” ?? paid £11 for this?? nahhh waste of money. How come a nail salon doesn’t even know the basics of file n polish

Had my nails done here recently and I am really so impressed with how they’ve turned out. The lady doing them noted that I wanted them a nude pink colour and offered an acrylic in the exact shade I wanted, at first I was sceptical thinking they were skimping on gel or it was some kind of cheaper way of them doing it still charging the same price as if I’d had a gel colour applied too but she did finish it off with a clear gel polish anyway so I guess I’d still had a polish applied so was happy to pay the price that included a gel polish overlay and it was the exact shade of pink I wanted. So although she didn’t actually paint them a colour they have turned out gorgeous and a top coat was applied. The more I look at them the happier I am with the result.

Had my nails done on 24th June the guy was doing my nails the powder was burning my thumb he kept missing spots of my design half my nail bed is missing there's a purple dint where my nail bed is supposed to be but in my natural nails even cut my fingers to the point it'd sting when I tried soaking the nails off with acetone bc it hurt to much to keep them on which was about 4 hours after I had them done by the way and I can see purple lines on my natural nail

I had my natural nails cut and a beautiful nude applied. The lady who did it to ok her time and I’m so happy with the results. I was given a loyalty card which was good because nowhere else offers this. Will definitely be going back
