I went the first time and lasted 2 weeks, second time only one week. Went to get removed and still charged for removal even though only lasted one week before chipping and flaking. Not a great service

Although end result was what I wanted, the staff seemed very arrogant, fed up and kept speaking in their own language which was always when a customer had spoken. Also advertised prices on the loyalty card and I was charged £11 more, when questioned they said they’d recently increased prices so card was out of date even though they were on the front desk and my card was stamped. Also noticed how dirty the desks were and untidy the main till area was.

terrible experience for my daughter and I. Very rude and cold bedside manner. My daughter‘s nail polish came off within a few hours They wanted an extra £5 for me to do bank transfer as I had no cash on me at the time. The salon was dirty too. Highly discourage anyone to go.

Felt very uncountable in there the women was very rough with my daughter she’s cut her with the e-file - nails and shape are nice but the art on my daughters nails didn’t match the lines were wonky and thick very rushed the young lad training was rude and rolled his eyes at me, the salon is very dirty dust cobwebs and tobacco all over the nail desk needs a DEEP CLEAN ASAP 🤦‍♀️ I won’t be returning sorry awful customer service and had to re paint my daughters nails 💅

Been going here for years..never again. The staff have changed.. now the rudest, most impatient people ever.. make it obvious they are discussing customers in their own language. Not worried if they hurt you.. felt like I was an inconvenience
Would give it no stars but no option fir that.

Very happy with my gel nails. I also had a pedicure and all my hard skin has gone and they needed alot of work but my feet feel fabulous now. Definitely go again.

The counters were very dirty/unhygienic. Chap who did my nails used the drills far too much instead of buffing with the block. My fingers were sore and I kept telling him so, made no difference. End result was nice but not at all impressed overall.

Very disappointed my nails usually last 5 to 6 weeks. The man cut them and filed them, they were catching as not filed properly , 2 have broke and the Polish has chipped I have been to a few nail in prestatyn this experience was the worst going to have to have them redone which means £23 over a week was expensive to £30 for 5 weeks wear plus they will be a lot shorter. ( buy cheap buy twice) . Very disappointed customer 😞
