Google Went for classic mani and full body massage but had one of the worst experiences. The classic mani does not include cuticle cutting and when i requested for it, they did not know how to cut the cuticles properly. It is so lumpy, the manicure looked like it was done by a kid. For the massage, there's not enough force and theres oil all over my panties which they should have covered it with a cloth
Owner Response:
Hi, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry about your experience as this is not the standard we aim to deliver at Solo.
We take all comments seriously however we are unable to identify you from this review and we would genuinely like to investigate this further so we can resolve things for you.
Please contact us at the salon where you had it done.
