Sorry to say i have been going for a year . When I got the new young lady . She is useless . My niece got hers done by the same lady hers are lifting off after a week
She cant do much in nail art either
Sorry to say won't be back. When you pay over £42 pound you expect good nails

Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. The nail varnish began peeling almost immediately, despite coming in with long nails, no one even offered to cut them down. Basic service, apparently, is not an option. I live out of town, I returned every day for three days for three different nails for repairs because the polish kept lifting and peeling off. Each visit felt like an inconvenience to them, even though the work was clearly faulty. After a week my nails were in a worse condition than when I started, badly perked, damaged and uneven. I had not done anything to cause damage. Only showered everyday. What really topped it off not once did they apologise, it may not be in their culture to apologise but no accountability, no concern, no customer care whatsoever. Just rushed fixes and indifference. Safe your money, your time and your nails. I wish I had.

I'm not sure who has taken over QS nails but the service is now shocking! Booked an appointment and left waiting for 20 minutes.

I booked an appointment a month in advance. In the end, the salon was closed, no one warned me in advance, the appointment was not rescheduled, and I received no apology. Yesterday, I corresponded with the administrator, and the time was agreed upon. The service is terrible.

I messaged them ro ask for an appointment for my daughter for gel nails with design. When we got there they cut all her nails off to put acrylics on!!! I thought they'd understood from the booking. Disaster. They don't care what you want they just want your money.
