Three times I've gone as a walk in under the newer ownership and asked for a soak off of acrylic nails and been told they are fully booked...unfriendly attitude as well. A soak off is 10 minutes. Don't put walk in appointments in your sign if you only accept bookings. The Salon is messy as well. I recommend Angel Nails in Workington or Charm Nail and Spa in Keswick. These other salons are much more friendlier and always fit walk ins in without fail.

I've been having my nails done at Passion Nails since Daisy & David took over the business. I go ever 2-3weeks. They issue loyalty cards so if you have a problem with chips in the Polish they will cover for a week. Only had mine on 2 days & it started to chip & peel. Under cured in the lamp I suspect. David fitted me in for a 'Fix' appt. Only to find a charge of £18!!! I questioned the charge to be told that some people use this as an excuse for a 'refresh!' Maybe so, but really, I thought they knew me better than to do that?! I was shocked! Won't be back. I've been a loyal customer since Tom had the business. Their loyalty cards are not worth the paper they're written on. Also, check your prices....they never charge the same price for the same service twice??
Been elsewhere since & very happy. Consider your choices carefully, there's a lot of good competion out there.
Also consider when looking at these Google reviews that some of them are very old. These good reviews were left when Tom had the salon, not David & Daisy so not a true reflection. 💁‍♀️
