Been coming every month for almost a year now never had an issue up until this month, every time I’ve been never had a nail snap or damaged but this month within the first two days of having a fresh set on two nails snapped and the top coat peeled off, went back to get them repaired then got charged when I know they don’t tend to charge people for this, then a week later had another two nails snap, not sure why the quality of the nails has gone down but when your paying £50 just for them to break not even 48 hours later isn’t ideal

Have been a few times to this salon , today a few customers and myself where having nails done , I’ve noticed a few times that we where totally being talked about and looked at , laughing between themselves and not in a nice way . I got tutted at for asking just to file a bit of my nail on the side and when I apologised he completely ignored me . The salon are great in what they do , but I felt really uncomfortable and when I left I was so upset .

Sadly, today, I felt somewhat let down. Having booked an appt for an elderly lady for a footspa, she waited over an hour to be seen, and then felt embarrassed as it took three people to deal with her!
It would be so much better if an assessment of feet be undertaken and the right person allocated for the job. It was OBVIOUS that the two male workers didn't want to do the job and put a junior in an impossible situation, requiring the manager who had only just returned to the shop to take over....disappointing, as I ve always had good service!

Very happy with my Manicure and pedicure today. I was pleased to be seen for both despite having no appointments booked. The girl that did both my manicure and pedicure was ever so gentle and did my nails exactly as I asked. Felt very relaxed and comfortable. Was just having a little weekend away but if I return, I know where I am gonna go 🙌💯
