Google Great place, lovely bunch of girls! Always made to feel welcome. Brilliant range of treatments available. Was in recently with Nicole for biab, brow tint & wax and a dermaplaning facial and she was fantastic. She is knowledgeable and is eager to learn and improve. Will definitely be back in with Nicole! Keep up the good work x

Google Unreal salon, started using the sunbeds at the start of the year, the girls are so easy to talk too and provide a great customer service. Natasha is amazing at giving advice and is always so warm and welcoming. Every time I make a visit, Natasha always makes time to speak, even when the place is flat out which is usually all the time. My mum also gets her pedicure done with Natasha and raves about how good she is, which I can also confirm she does such a professional job. Love coming in to Rejuvenate, especially with the vast amount of services they offer. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

Friendly staff and atmosphere
Has a lash lift and brow wax and tint with natasha last week . Blown away by the results as my lashes are so straight .
Also highly recommend her nails her knowledge is fabulous 👌

Google Had full sugaring package booked but couldn’t do my legs,
Even though I didn’t get the full package I was still charged the £60
Also sugaring wasn’t great as within 6/7 days I had to re-shave the areas that had been “sugared”
Plus never informed the footlogix was offer with the junior only, charged full whack for it too & wasn’t half done right
Ridiculous being charged so high for all that was only done!
Definitely won’t be back as the girl was very unprofessional about other customers too, slagging them off. So no doubt my ears will be burning 😂😂

Hey Helen,
Yes, we were unable to sugar your legs due to you not having enough growth Natasha did give it a go but she then advised you that the results weren't gonna be good and you'd have to shave anyway so you agreed you were happy to leave legs and there was no charge at all for us trying to sugar your legs or for the wasted appointment. You were not charged £60 for the full package.
All our prices can be seen when booking online, it was unfortunate that you didn't book the offer with the junior therapist but you still received the footlogix & gel polish offer which you paid £40 for, we charge £23 for gel polish on toes so for £17 you received a foot soak, seaweed foot scrub, exfoliation with foot file and hydrating foot moose, I believe this is not high at all and possibly something I need to increase the price off.

We pride ourselves on being a friendly and professional salon, so to hear of bad talk is quite a surprise but this will be addressed but maybe there has been a misinterpretation.
