I used this salon for around 2/3 years for nails to get mine and my daughters done regularly but today I got charged 95 pound I don’t see anything different in what we usually get I had medium nail with gel a little design and my daughters bit longer with design even a little extra cost would be fine but every other time even with brow wax I have never paid more then 80 so 95 pound ….that is steep will not be back which is a shame

Got my nails done here 3 weeks ago, they’ve filed down so much they have damaged my nail beds and I also now have ingrown nails on my hands. I’ve had 4 nails pop off and all four of my natural nail beds are extremely painful and sensitive

Do not recommend this place at all… had my nails infilled 4 days ago and the nails that were on before the infill seem to be lasting longer! They are all different shapes and when mentioning this in the shop the man grabbed my hand with force and shouted “ROUND”. Stating I was not happy I was ignored every time I mentioned I was not happy with them and he just continued with my nails. 2 have fallen off and 3 are lifting from where they I filled them… it was also £33 for an infill which I think is on the pricey side.

I have my nails done here regularly and they have always looked pretty and last. I don’t get false nails but gel polish. The only problem is the language barrier but the owner normally instructs the staff as to what I want.

Do not recommend got my nails done yesterday the staff kept taking in their language and giggling could tell they were talking about me or other customers which was so rude then she ask if i was alright which proves she was talking about us in their language. And then in the door it says bank transfer or cash is welcome so i go to pay and said card and then ahe turns around and is like no cash only good job i had cash on me or i would have been stuffed. Will not be going back here to get my nails done.

Awful place with shocking customer service. The 'manager' can barely speak English and totally dismissed my wifes complaint about snapping nails. Started giggling to his colleague when we were leaving. Avoid at all costs!

Where to start to say I wasn’t happy is an understatement nails just weren’t what I asked for and I really struggled with voicing my feelings
But I did and and the lady I spoke to immediately said I will do your nails again come back tomorrow ( as it was late ) I agreed she (sorry I don’t know her name ) did my nails and toes herself with great attention to the shape and polish finish outstanding result
I also had my eyebrows done while this was happening the lady left as she needed to go to Tesco
Came to pay No charge 😱 I cannot believe this lady gave over an hour of her time to give me the result I wanted thank you for taking the time to give me great customer service

Asked for a style was told be too expensive even though didn’t even tell me price then gave price after I asked the attitude was either they couldn’t be bothered or assuming I couldn’t afford to pay what o wanted so I went to the other place in town where was made to feel comfortable and did what I asked for without hesitation getting your nails done for a treat you should feel able to ask for what you like and get a service not face pulling and told you can’t afford their services
