I booked a massage for my wife's birthday 3 weeks in advance. I got a confirmation email and a reminder email the day before. She had booked the day off work and was looking forward to it. When she arrived there was nobody ther as masseur 'wasn't working that day'. Although we later received a refund, there with no apology, or call from the salon. Very abrupt and unprofessional.

Best ever experience. I had cupping treatment and massage today. Emma was amazing 🤩, she did extra time and feet massage too without extra charge as she knew that this would be beneficial to me at that stage. Would definitely recommend

I booked a full body Swedish massage with Emma.

I had a deep tissue massage with David due to having pain in my neck/shoulder. He was very knowledgeable, understanding of my need to stay in my wheelchair and sensitive to the level of pressure I could take during the treatment. I've booked two more sessions as I'm so impressed with his skills. He is definitely an asset to an already perfect business. For any of your beauty or massage needs Wennie and the team will give you honest advice and accommodate your needs as much as possible. I can't recommend The Wellbeing Salon enough.
