We are truly very sorry for the experience you had during your visit. This is absolutely not the level of service we aim to deliver to our customers.

Having to wait 2 hours, then spend another 2.5 hours getting your nails done — with 3 different technicians taking turns — is unacceptable. On top of that, the rough handling with the nail drill causing pain and cuts around your fingers is something that should never have happened. Being overcharged by £10 only made the situation worse, and we sincerely apologize for this mistake.

After receiving your feedback, we realize there are serious shortcomings in our service process, and we genuinely want the chance to make things right. We will address this issue with our team immediately to ensure it never happens again.

We truly hope to have another opportunity to welcome you back so you can see the improvements and efforts we are committed to making. Your trust means a lot to us, and we are dedicated to serving you better, more carefully, and with the professionalism you deserve.

We’re truly sorry for what you and your friend experienced. Even with an appointment, waiting 2 hours because of our lack of staff was unacceptable. The nail drill being used so roughly that it almost went through your nail is something that should never have happened, and we’re very sorry it caused you pain.

Although we’re happy you liked the nail designs, the service you received was far from what we promise. We’ll be addressing this seriously with our team so it doesn’t happen again.
