Set of acrylics done today. Staff where friendly and done their best to talk to you even if English wasn't their 1st language. Yes, they did chat to each other in their own tongue while working but wouldn't you?Quick and a reasonable job . Happy enough for £20

Very rude staff, sat talking to each other while I sat waiting for a pedicure only to be told that they didn't do pedicures even though they advertise the they do. Will not be back

Did use this place for a while, but honestly, wouldn’t go near it! The staff are downright rude, Chat away to each other in their native tongue, the products they use are cheap and inferior, probably all from China! Once l asked for a soak off, my hands were put in a Kellogg’s Buzz Liteyear bowl, the cuticle oil they use is from the £1 shop!! Once getting acrylic on the guy doing it was in fowl form, it wasn’t working out and aggressively wiped it off them took the buffer to it and practically went through to my nail bed, l said to him, you really hurt me! He didn’t even apologise! I changed my nail technician after that! She said said to me on my first visit, that my nails were waifer thin and in a really bad state!

I have been going here for quite a while now and today I asked for my nails to be soaked off. The 3 staff 2 male and 1 female were working not the usual fellas and girl. So I sat down explained I wanted my nails soaked off and the fella proceeded to buff them off with the electric buffer fair enough he then proceeded to pick the rest of the acrylic off with the edge of one of the extensions he then put my fingers into the acetone for 5 minutes dried my fingers off and buff them again. I now have wafer thin nails that are bending and what he did leave me with of my natural nails 3 had peeled off at the tips before I even got to leave the shopping centre. I am so annoyed and disappointed I don't know if I will bother ever going back. He even had to be told to file them as he was just expecting me to walk out like that. My friend seen what had happened and refused to even get her infills done. The young girl beside me was screwing her face up as the other fella was hurting her. But anyway that was up to her to speak up. Very very disappointed as my friend and me have been going there a long time now 😡

I wasn't here recently but a few months ago. I went in to have gel nail polish removed and wasn't impressed. There were 3 men and a lady. The men couldn't communicate as English wasn't their first language. All communication through the lady. I was told by several friends that removal should cost approximately £5. This place charged me £8. But of a rip off in my opinion.
