The new layout of the shop is good and I do like superdrug but the attitude and bad manners of the staff have quite literally put me off. There were two younger girls on the tills yesterday. A dark haired young lady served me, she mumbled that a question would come up while I was paying, I hadn't heard what she'd said until she raised her voice quite rudely, she did not make eye contact, she did not ask did i want a bag, she never said please or thank you while asking for payment. I won't be returning to the shop, they would need to do a few training sessions on customer service because quite frankly, manners are non existent in this shop!

I wish there was an option to give zero stars!! called in last weekend to purchase a few bits, paid for my items and then the till froze, no receipt, therefore, in their eyes I had no proof of purchase. another staff member was called over and then she quizzed me, if I knew what was in my bank account before I entered the store, so I could log onto my bank account and check if the transaction went through. I did and the transaction was sitting in my bank account in my "pending transactions", as was the payment to No. 7 for food, earlier and my Asda delivery that morning! She then suggested that I pay for the items the second time... there was no hope in hell that I was paying twice. The two staff members then disappeared "upstairs" to see if the transaction had went through, after some time, they came back to the till and I heard one of them saying "all you have to do is press OK, and the receipt will print". I then received my receipt and no apology. I was furious. Myself and my partner were kept in the store for a good 10/15 minutes and it was absolutely humiliating! I did not think entering the store that at least three employees would then be nosing at my bank balance. Far from happy after this experience. It was very concerning, actually felt like some sort of scam was being tried!!

Not a positive experience. Asked for help to see if something was in stock, girl replied “not as far as I know” with no effort to even try to find out. Clearly didn’t want to be there. Same at till - too busy talking to each other to even bother acknowledging customer. A shame because it’s a lovely store.

The store remodel and atmosphere is lovely, but the younger members of staff could atleast pretend that they want to be there. Lots of eye rolling, sighing, and no longer offer bags. Disappointing

Great selection of makeup.
Probably the largest selection on the High Street, bar the larger Boots stores.
Very competitive prices, and store is neatly laid out.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
