I had my nails and pedicure done here and I was very satisfied and it was very beautiful. The staff was friendly and cheerful. I was served free water and coffee here. I am very happy to come here.

I had a nail treatment at the salon, and they charged me £45 for the built-up nails. Previously, I was only charged a maximum of £35. I’m not sure if they’ve increased their prices, but I just went to another salon yesterday for the same procedure, and they charged only £28. Since the salon only accepts cash without receipt, I feel there’s a bit of ambiguity around their pricing. I won’t be returning there again!

I'm so disappointed with the service. I'm leaving on vacation tomorrow, and I barely have time for a manicure and pedicure. When I arrived, a man helped me and started working on my nails, seemingly without any enthusiasm... but luckily, he switched me to another girl, and my nails turned out great. When it was time to do my feet, it was a total disappointment, and I left the place furious. The only thing I could think of was to leave them here in case another girl reconsiders and doesn't have to go through this horrible moment. My feet looked so horrible, and it's supposedly a spa pedicure. I made a video to see how it left me. I complained to the girl, and she was more offended than I was. But she said she was going to change me; I didn't have time anymore. I hope next time she values other people's time. Of course, I paid for everything. It's not a good or fair action. Very disappointed.
