Got told by Forestside to go to Castlecourt or Boucher for threading - waste of time and fuel as they don’t offer it until Wed-Sat! Really poor service. Forestside don’t know who does what when. How about letting customers know via email when you change things? How about alternating locations and places? The paltry ‘sorry’ about that is just a word with no meaning.

I came over to get my eyebrows tinted and threaded. When I got there they were closed, only working Wednesday to Saturday! I spoke to a girl and she advised me to come back the next day, which I did. I asked the guy at the counter for eyebrows, he told me I needed a patch test the day before. I'm no expert on eyebrows but surely this information should of been told to me on my first visit! I've now wasted 2 lunch time breaks due to lack of information from your staff. Really not happy and will definitely not be back. Maybe if all the staff weren't gathered around the brow bar they would be able to tell relevant information to future paying customers

I was in superdrug castlecourt today at 12.30. There was me and 1 other person and an employee stacking shelves. I bought 2 hair dyes and proceeded to the checkout which was empty only to be met with this rather angry looking ethnic woman who was behind the till not looking happy. I told her I was looking for my superdrug card which I couldn't get out of my purse she then proceeded to flick her head back and sigh so I looked at her in disbelief. I gave her my points card which she scanned and literally threw back at me. I said excuse me but did you just throw that at me which caused 🤔 her to gaze right through me and deny doing it 🤔 I was so annoyed and told her how dare she. She said she wasn't having a good day which I replied its a bit of tough luck im the customer your the employee you don't get to bring your bad moods into work and take that attitude with me or anyone. No apology nothing just glaring so superdrug castlecourt you need to get your finger out no wonder the place is empty with staff like that.
