Google I used here on a regular basis. The staff are friendly, and very helpful. When I was new to the place I was shown how to use the machines and I am always greeted by name. I would recommend Bronze tanning and beauty very highly.

Hi Julia,
You gave another clients name and tried to use minutes from a course that they didn't actually have. This caused confusion for the reception team. You were adamant that 'you' had bought a course a few days previously and said that you paid for this in cash. When we could not find the details on the system you telephoned the family member who's name you had given who was able to confirm that they had not purchased a course with us.
It is our policy that clients cannot share courses and every client need to have their own individual record. Once we established that you were trying to use someone else's account, we asked you to register one in your own name, to which you refused and left.
You are welcome to use our facilities, but you will have to complete a client registration form beforehand and abide by the salon policies which can be viewed on our website at www.bronzesalons.com.
The salon manager was on reception during this incident and believes that our team members were not rude to you in any way. You gave false information which caused confusion and refused to register an account so you could use our facilities.

Hi Freya, we have nobody with this name or a similar name that has had a spray tan treatment in our salon. If this is a genuine complaint we would have happily asked you back to the salon and would have taken steps to ensure you were happy with our service. If a tan has gone patchy this is most likely due to lack of exfoliation in preparation for the treatment, your skin condition, or inappropriate aftercare.
