Google I was very disappointed as I seen upon checking google that this business does do walk ins, so I thought that I’d take myself and my daughter to get our nails done to cheer us up and upon arrival we seen that there was one spot not taken up by anyone ,we had been asked did we need help and asked if they could fit us in and she just replied no we are very busy and booked up. It has given me a very bad experience of this place without even getting to have my nails done.
Owner Response:
We are Sorry to receive this review especially as you have not had the opportunity to experience our services in the shop .
We would like to clarify that our salon welcomes both walk -in and Appointment .There are time when we are available and able to accommodate walk -in however on those occasions, you were unable to visit .conversely when you did come to the salon particularly during weekends we were extremely busy and had reached our capacity for the day.
To maintain our professional standards and ensure the best possible service for every clients we sometimes need to limit the number of customers we can accept, especial during peak time .this can create an unfortunate and difficult situation, and we regret that we were unable to accommodate you at that specific time .please note that this was not personal in any way , but purely based on our commitment to quality and service .
We kindly ask for you understanding regarding the efforts we are making to build and maintain a professional and sustainable business .
Thank you

Google I went to get my nails done for christmas asked for gel extentions and they gave me acrylic nails. They also cut my cuticle on some fingers which caused my nails and the skin around it to hurt and bleed

Google Always extremely happy with my nails anytime I get them done at Diamond Nails Abbey Centre. The only place where my nails actually last. Very professional and friendly. I got my nails done by a lovely lady this morning who took her time and made sure I was happy. Will always be a returning customer x

Google Nail shape was not accurate on every nail, good even french tips but design was nothing like the picture I showed, after maybe 2 weeks my left pointer finger started peeling and I keep having to retouch it with nail glue. My left ring finger also had a large dent in it which I had to cover. Will not be coming back unfortunately
