Alice is very welcoming and accommodating, always making your experience a great one! She uses only the best products and is always happy to offer her professional advise which I value highly.

Booked a full body massage last week in the new salon. The salon is beautiful so I had really high hopes of a great treatment. The massage was good by a lovely young girl who was very polite. However the room was absolutely freezing! It was a particularly cold day outside but they had no heating on and could see my own breath the room was that cold.

I did make comment to the manager who apologised but I felt a voucher or partial refund should have been offered despite the fact that my treatment was ruined. Was hoping for this place to become a regular spot but I don’t think it will unfortunately.

I was left feeling extremely let down. Had a manicure and my nails painted but no drying process. I was told to be careful for the next 30 minutes. By the time I got home my nail polish was ruined. I've never had a manicure where my nails have not been dried before I left the premises. I feel very let down by Alice's.

Always a pleasant experience. All staff excellent. Salon recently refurbished beautifully. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing pampered.
