I have been going to The Beautician Salon since it opened. Alison has a beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean salon. Once you walk in the door there is a calming atmosphere… the space is tranquil and smells divine. I always get that Spa feeling when I’m there!
Alison is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and welcoming beauticians I’ve ever met. She goes beyond the call of duty for her clients and gives excellent advice on the best treatments to suit the individual. Today I had a relaxing facial and gel nails. Alison has a magical way of making you feel at ease and definitely has healing hands. She offered a wide variety of top quality treatments… all us women deserve a treat, time out and an hour at The Beautician. Go on … book something now!! One of my favourite experiences at The Beautician is the full pedicure!
A great way to relax and be pampered.
I love the products used by Alison to exfoliate, moisturise and condition - no soaking necessary.
To finish off, I got to choose from lots of colours for my Gel Toes. Cuts out the drying time for varnished nails.
Next treat for me will be the hot stone massage.
I can recommend The Beautician Salon for everything !
I have had Wedding Make Up as Mother of the Groom and also for a Gala Ball.
The spray tan is the best ever - very natural looking .
I've been a client for 14 years and hope to have many more years of pampering.

Would highly recommend... have been attending the salon for years, for gel nails, tanning, waxing etc and have found all the staff very professional, very accommodating and pleasant through the entire process, from booking through to the end of the treatment. If you want 110% service from a beautician then look no further !

Got gel nails done this evening and had such an amazing experience!! Made to feel very welcome and comfortable. Alison is very professional in her work! Lots of laughs! Such a friendly atmosphere! Best beautician in Ballyclare! Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Would defo recommend this salon. Looking forward to my next treatment! x

Won’t return. Clinician Cherry Ann tried to be helpful but the treatment and the room were appalling. The room was grubby and the bin full of previous treatment rubbish. There was no foot bath soak, no exfoliation, just one single coat of paint. I was rushed into paying and told I couldn’t wait in the salon to let my toes dry. I’d forgotten my flip flops and was told they didn’t do disposable ones. I was then treated to a massive lecture from the thoroughly unpleasant owner about how no-one uses nail varnish these days they all use gel. (Utter rubbish - why haven’t nail varnish companies gone bust if that’s the case - it was just a load of offensive rubbish, the owner clearly considers her clients to be morons). The card payment machine was brought to my treatment bed and payment rushed through. The owner was incredibly unpleasant and I felt robbed of my £40. I’d recommend people to avoid this dreadful salon. I felt horrendous afterwards.

I’ve never written a review before but had to here. Been here for bikini waxing as well as eyebrow waxing. Alison was unwelcoming and made rude comments. Not to mention botched my eyebrows as well as burns due to wax. Wont be back, very disappointed.
