Owner was lovely , other hair tec, very rude, all other customers chatting which I tried to join in on, spoken over and completely made to feel stupid!! Even owner pointed this out during our chat!! Maybe because I’m not from the Penzance area??? Lady who I had last time ( northern lady like myself was lovely as was the owner because the girl doing nails needs some training in customer service!! Very rude, it’s a shame

Picked the Beautique to get some gel polish for my wedding. It was my first time getting my nails done and wanted something special.

Picked this place because of the good reviews, but when I got there there was no communication. I tried to explain I hadn’t ever had my nails done before but just got silence in response. Tried to ask for white nails for orange patterns and I again got silence in response.

I think it was the owner, but when she was going my nails, she kept laughing to herself because my nails were “small”. She then began to put orange nail polish on my nails and I stopped her and said I wanted white and orange. She then said my nails were too short for this, which was fine, but she could have communicated this about sooner because I’d have then picked a different colour.

Zero communication, and zero kindness. My nails held up and did look nice for my wedding, but it was a very uncomfortable experience and I can’t get over how I was mocked for not having short nails, but “small” nails. Completely rude.

Straight from the onset communication levels was fantastic. Service and treatment from Sarah H was fantastic. Sarah H and hannah very bubbly and easy to get on with. Over all 10 yrs later and revisiting the salon with a break 10/10 Service. Can't wait to go back.
