After giving 10 days’ notice to cancel my appointment, I requested the refund of my rolling deposit.
I was immediately told, that the deposit was "non-refundable," with a flat refusal to process the refund.
After an unsuccessful back-and-forth, I was forced to send a follow-up email this morning citing specific UK legislation regarding the legal enforceability of "non-refundable" deposits.
It is unacceptable that a customer must resort to referencing consumer protection laws simply to get a deposit refunded, especially when more than adequate notice was provided.
This unwillingness to honor reasonable refund requests and poor customer service is a serious concern.
I do not recommend this business!

I love having my nails done by Beth. Nothing is ever too much hassle, she is quick efficient her set up is so relaxing and you’re made to feel at home. I also love the fact that Beth is available in the evenings without this service I wouldn’t be able to get my nails done.

I’ve had my nails done a few times by Beth and I can honestly say I will never go to any other nail tech ever again! She takes the time to make sure that the provides the right service for you and the result you’re after and also takes extra special care to give you the best nails ever! She’s so easy to talk to and makes sure that you’re comfortable throughout your appointment. I literally recommend her to all of my friends!! If you’re looking for a new nail tech or want to start getting your nails done then Beth is the woman to go to, you definitely won’t be disappointed!

I can’t recommend this lovely young lady enough. She made me feel so at ease on my very first visit, having never had nails done before. Beth talked me through all the options and was able to advise me based on my lifestyle and didn’t make me feel stupid at all, she certainly knows her stuff. Loved the talk though on what she was doing at each different stage and why, also that she took such care and time, Beth clearly wants to be the best for her clients. I absolutely loved the French Manicure acrylics she did for me and so many people comment on them too. They have lasted so well over the past 4 and a half weeks too. Have just been for a set of infills and I have a different style again. Beth was amazing as usual and is so easy to talk to, very relaxed and happy to give you the time needed.
Thank you lovely, see you again in 4 weeks for Xmas nails 😃
