I haven’t had my nails done in years and a friend recommended La jolie to me, I was so pleased with the outcome I’m going to have my nails done regularly from now on, the staff are so good at what they do, and I got exactly the nails I wanted so happy.

Mediocre and disapointing manicure. I had to file my nails when I got back home as some were longer than others and some of them were completely asymetrical. The guy did my nails in a rush and dispatched me in five minutes.

been here twice now and they’re just exceptional. so so talented, you can literally show them any design and they’ll absolutely kill it. friendly and talented staff, lovely atmosphere. would recommend.

Was really disappointed with my nails I actually cried when I got home and have now got to go and have them taken off and started again elsewhere which will be another £43 at least! 🤬 This is the only nail shop I know of that “doesn’t do long nails” I asked for long coffin and when he messed up the size and shape had to change to pointed but by the time he was done they were just short and stubby. He also didn’t want to make sure the paint was right down to the cuticle so I would come in sooner for infills which I mentioned twice, I would not be doing 😥 I will never use this shop again and would highly recommend you go further afield to have your nails done properly if you actually want to be listened to… customer is always right! So angry guys really!!! 🤬

Had a really lovely pedicure this morning.
Toe nails prepped, foot spa and scrub, finished off with gel toes and a massage. Paid £40.
Would definitely recommend.

Amazing experience every time ! Always come away smiling. Workers are so lovely and they really make sure I’m happy with everything, speedy as well which is always a pro, I love how they encourage creative designs! And I even travel from St Austell to Bodmin just for their service as I really do appreciate them! Defo recommend

I do not recommend these guys. Glued my tips to my skin, I only found this out as I had to get them removed for work 2 weeks later. My nails hurt for 2 days afterwards. They also said they couldn’t do any designs I asked them to do and were quite rude about it. However looking at their posts they do nail art. Charged me £50 for acrylic with some nail art I kept asking them to change it to what I wanted and they kept saying no. They didn’t even prep my cuticles
Maybe I got a bad day for them as I was recommended them but I’m really not happy with the whole experience and getting them removed has been very frustrating and stressful.
