Google Was using my Mother's Day gift token for a reduced cost neck, shoulder and back massage with a facial. I'd not met Jade before but she immediately made me feel comfortable. My muscles were exceptionally knotted and I was very tense. Jade managed to combine firmness with great care of my arthritic joints. She sorted my lower back sciatic pain and released my shoulder blades. Jade was exceptionally good and thorough. My facial was excellent. A quick check of lip and chin and I was feeling uber relaxed, loose and cleansed. Jade knows her job and I was surprised how she managed to know exactly where I needed the work. I love Novum; the comfort, ambience, modern equipment, quality products and complete air of relaxation and calm is great but the girls are all so knowledgeable and make me feel so special. Thanks Novum.

Google Only my second visit to the salon - it is an hour away from the madness of the day.
Jade did my nails - she was very professional, answered any questions - gave suggestions on colours, shapes etc.
The salon is immaculate- very clean and well maintained. Coffee and biscuit on arrival - not rushed. Would recommend to anyone

Google I visited Novum Skin and Wellness on Friday 10th April with my mother-in-law, and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed with a glass of prosecco each, along with some lovely nibbles including cake and crisps.
We were then introduced to Lisa and Jade, who looked after us throughout the day. We both enjoyed a full body massage, followed by an Indian head massage, and finished with a pedicure with gel polish.
Both therapists were attentive, friendly, and made us feel completely at ease. The whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable, and we thoroughly loved every moment.
We will definitely be rebooking and returning again. Thank you so much for such a lovely day!

Google I had the Luxury Dermaplane Facial with Lisa, and added on an eyebrow shape. Both treatments were lovely and the dry skin I had had seems to have miraculously disappeared - fantastic! I was warm and comfortable during the treatment. You would have got five points but the music was not quite to my taste!!

Google I’ve recently returned to the Kingsley salon which is now called Novum and have been enjoying a course of CACI with Michelle. She is a super lady and I look forward to my weekly visits. My skin is looking so much smoother and healthier and I will continue with monthly visits after Christmas.
